6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government regulations, or other force majeure events shall not constitute a breach of contract.
  • Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Replacements

Customized products are generally non-returnable unless:

  • The product supplied is materially different from the approved order.
  • Manufacturing defects are reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product was damaged during transit.

Customers must provide photographs and relevant details to support any claim.
